In this cross-functional role, you will be working with both technical and marketing teams at all levels of the company. You are expected to go beyond the company boundary to find solutions and inspiration in Silicon Valley with other peer innovators. You will build the essential infrastructure for user growth and retention - working with other teams. You will also interact with our end users to learn and improve their in-app experience.
Must have proven experience managing ad accounts!

Responsibilities:
- Manage ad accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TV, Google, Pinterest, YouTube) on budget and day-to-day operations
- Generate ideas/systems for analysis - to shape future projects
- Develop and generate dashboard and reports
- Champion growth engineering and instill a strong growth mindset internally and externally
- Optimize existing User Acquisition methods as well as constantly explore new growth channels
- Set-up, QA and maintain infrastructure/systems needed to optimize both user growth and retention
- Assist Product and Marketing to interpret results - present them to management, without bias, to drive business decisions
Qualifications:
- At least 2-3 years Digital Marketing experience: Facebook/Instagram/Google/TV ads, Email campaigns
- Ranking channel experience: 1) Meta 2) TikTok 3) TV 4) Google
- Prior startup experience strongly desired
- Ability to prioritize data-driven decisions and course of action
- Basic programming and integration skills - Excel/database knowledge a bonus
