Performance Marketing Manager

Adaptive Digital, a specialized division of Adaptive Business Group, is excited to present an exceptional opportunity for to join owner-managed full-service advertising agency as Performance Marketing Manager. This role is based in 30 min. northern from Frankfurt, with hybrid cooperation.

Your Qualifications:

• Fluent in German and English: You can confidently communicate in both languages, whether working with colleagues or clients.
• At least 1 year of experience in performance marketing: You are already familiar with the field and have gained practical experience. You know how to plan, execute, and optimize successful paid campaigns.
• Experience in running paid campaigns: You have worked with platforms like Google Ads and Facebook Ads. You're comfortable with audience targeting and analyzing performance data.
• Creative and analytical: You’re a creative thinker with an eye for innovative marketing strategies, but you can also analyze data and make informed decisions to optimize campaigns.
• Team player with strong communication skills: You enjoy working in a team and are great at communicating with both clients and colleagues.

Your Responsibilities:

• Planning, executing, and monitoring all online campaigns (Google, Taboola, Social Media, etc.) as well as SEO measures
• Setting up tracking systems to measure user behavior
• Monitoring the competition and proactively developing strategies to further enhance our clients' success
• Managing projects between account managers, web developers, and graphic designers
• Preparing and presenting analyses and campaign reports, discussing them during regular meetings with clients
