Here at Adaptive Digital we're a specialist recruitment agency, seeking a talented PR Account Manager to handle, Marketing and Press Coordinator one of our client's innovative teams.
This is a hybrid position 2 days week in office (one being Thursday), and is based just outside North Frankfurt.
You will be working on a key client account in the FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) space, one of the largest beverage groups globally, known for its innovative and dynamic brands. Here's what your role entails:
- Customer Engagement: Provide expert advice and support, primarily in the area of specialist press work, as well as sales and shopper marketing.
- Project Management: Organize and oversee projects to ensure smooth execution.
- Press Relations: Handle press inquiries, write press releases, liaise with press representatives, and manage various aspects of specialist press work.
- Ad Scheduling: Manage advertising schedules to optimize campaign performance.
- Marketing Materials: Develop compelling marketing materials to drive sales.
- Event Coordination: Plan and organize photoshoots to capture compelling marketing content.
- Financial Management: Prepare calculations, timelines, and deliver engaging customer presentations.
- Day-to-Day Operations: Reliably manage the daily business operations and contribute to the smooth functioning of the team.
- Educational Background: Advertising training or a degree in business or communications.
- Professional Experience: Demonstrated experience in press and marketing, either within an agency or a company, preferably in the spirits/AFG sector.
- Spirits Enthusiast: A strong interest in the spirits sector and a passion for the industry.
- Media Landscape: Familiarity with the media landscape, particularly in gastronomy and retail.
- Marketing Savvy: High marketing and internet affinity.
- Proactive Attitude: Demonstrated initiative, flexibility, and a strong work ethic.
- Hands-On Approach: A practical, hands-on mentality.
- Team Player: Excellent teamwork skills, enthusiasm, sociability, and a strong customer orientation.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in both German and English.
- Bonus Points: Knowledge of or interest in AI tools such as ChatGPT would be a plus.
