Purpose of Role:

The main role of this Acquisition Manager is to be responsible for generating as much traffic acquisition as possible from all paid digital channels with the allocated budget. You will reliable to manage all channels and agencies that will maximize the volume and quality of Qualified leads and sales volume to the site.

This role is part of an online team so you will have to be always data driven, goal oriented, proactive, possess exceptional attention to detail and have outstanding interpersonal skills. This role will involve working closely alongside the rest of the marketing team as well as the operations team and other stake holders within the organisation to make sure that the company goals are achieved.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Must be proactive
  • Track and analyse performance of ads, and continuously optimize them to increase performance
  • Plan and execute paid traffic campaigns in relevant channels, including SEM, social networks, mobile advertising networks, display
  • Optimize the collaboration with agencies and the budget of all traffic acquisition and SEO efforts
  • Secure the inflow of qualified leads coming from SEO and make sure they deliver on the business goals
  • Maximize the traffic via paid channels. Continuously track and asses the results
  • Prioritize to ensure that internal resources (e.g creative, tracking, web analysis) within the digital team are spent on the most relevant activities and traffic channels
  • Manage relationships, lead and coordinate the work of involved 3rd party suppliers
  • Responsible for setting goals and budget for traffic acquisition
  • Responsible for optimization and developing methods and structures to be used for driving traffic acquisition against set goals
  • Continuously assess and propose new potential channels and collaborations

 

Required Experience:

  • Strong knowledge & minimum of 2 years experienced in Digital Marketing, SEM, SEO and Social Marketing
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of Paid Channels such as SEM, Social Networks & Display
  • Experience in analysing and optimizing budget for incoming traffic

 

 

 

Examples of Tasks and Activities:

  • Monitor and evaluate search results and search performance across the major search channels in order to improve SEO rankings
  • Evaluate current and new search terms to optimize relevant paid search traffic and discover new possibilities
  • Develop, implement and follow up on digital marketing campaigns based on the overall business goals
  • Provide recommendations and manage strategies for paid search, SEO, display, social media, content marketing and other digital media channels
  • Develop and manage the production of digital marketing material in close collaboration with production agencies
  • Lead and coordinate the development of measurement processes in order to evaluate and develop digital campaigns. This includes close collaboration with agencies, web analyst, IT department and other internal stakeholders
  • Monitor and evaluate web analytics dashboards and reports in order to develop digital marketing strategies
  • Ongoing administration with invoices from suppliers and agencies, including monthly meeting with finance department
  • Ensure all tasks and projects are kept within set budgets
