Gaming Operations Specialist
My client is a leading company in the gambling industry. The purpose of this role is to manage and market games within the business while also ensuring a successful launch within the operator’s casinos.
Responsibilities:
- Managing studio relationships for games delivery and operational improvements
- Utilising data insights to optimise products
- Record profitability and performance on local and global level for the Casino and Games vertical within the Casino. Analyse game platform performance
- Guide the director of casino product development through the strategic plan to grow gaming revenues
- Ensure game awareness throughout the business
- Deep understanding of games – provide feedback to studios based on understanding of the product
- Work with other teams in the company e.g. Marketing, Business Development
- Understand the operational requirements of games as well as the Fame Release Process for casino brands
- Represents the game in both internal and external communication through presentations and taking responsibility for internal reviews
Requirements:
- Experience in the casino industry
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good attention to detail
- The ability to work within a team as well as independently
- Knowledge of Excel and reporting software
