CRM Campaign Manager

Your responsibilities include:
- Responsible for driving online marketing campaigns and defining campaign strategy communication for retention and acquisition purposes to a regional user base
- Use data-driven performance reviews to enhance active renewal and monetization campaigns
- Consistent data-driven segmentation and value driven customer messaging
- Create data reports for campaign and CRM projects
- Define campaign strategies for specific user segments and channels
- Define reporting measurements and track campaign development process
- Take over responsibility for business cases and forecasts
- Act as interface for all relevant business areas across the region
Your profile includes:
- University graduate with at least 5 years of experience in marketing with focus on CRM
- Good knowledge of monetization and retention programs
- Experienced Campaign Manager with knowledge of full campaign cycle in eCRM
- Experience in project management in interdisciplinary teams
- You are a creative and analytical person
- You have a lot of enthusiasm and like to work in a dynamic and fast-moving environment
