Our client is a leading performance marketing consultancy and looking to hire a Director, Paid Social. This role will be responsible for leading cross-channel paid social campaigns for recognizable DTC brands.
Here’s what the ideal candidate will look like:
- 5+ years of paid social media advertising experience
- Experience managing large scale marketing budgets ($1M+/quarter)
- 360 campaign management experience (setting up, tracking, optimizing) across major social platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat, and TikTok.
- Comfortable managing large datasets, advanced Excel proficiency
- Experience managing DTC/eCommerce/Subscription brands
- Experience managing/coaching a small team
