As their DMP Director, you will work within the web analytics team, and work closely with media activation to lead the fast-growing DMP practice in the UK. You will lead large, often global, client DMP implementation working across multiple regions, and you'll be responsible for sales, marketing, operation and development of the DMP practice.
- Demonstrable experience in a DMP, either hands on or leading a program of improvement through DMP.
- Demonstrable examples of driving business improvements through digital disciplines.
- Experience in leading a team of junior and experienced DMP experts.
- Deep experience in either mar tech, ad tech, digital analytics and programmatic or CRM, campaign management.
- Ability to drive training and adoption of best practice across both client and agency teams.
- Understanding of trends and priorities in digital media (machine learning, attribution etc.
