Competitive salary up to $200,000 based on experience + 10% annual bonus.

What do you bring:

4-year college degree in marketing, computer science, or a related field, as well as prior Fortune 500 or big agency experience.

You have a passion for digital marketing and entrepreneurship.

You are an experienced and proven leader with prior P&L management experience.

You possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and exhibit strong verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills.

Excellent thought leadership and presentation skills are a must, as is the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, make decisions in a fast-paced environment, and maintain a highly detail-oriented approach.

Have basic knowledge of web technologies and working knowledge of social networking sites, search engines, and app stores.

Expert knowledge of paid search engine marketing, display, and paid social is essential, as is expertise in SEO, programmatic, and email marketing.

A minimum of 5 years of prior team management experience, a proven track record of success, substantial prior experience developing and motivating high caliber talent, and the desire to continue doing so are also required.

Lastly, candidates should have a minimum of 10 years of experience managing paid search, paid social, and SEO campaigns, as well as at least 3 years of prior pharmaceutical marketing experience.
