Growth Marketing Manager

Our client is a global market leader in the field of e-commerce with a very large customer base across all regions. In order to bring the company to the next level, we are currently looking for a:
 

Head of Marketing

Your responsibilities include:

  • Lead and manage the country team to ensure hitting main KPI metrics (growth and brand related)
  • Interact with Director level regional colleagues in setting up and advice on local marketing action plans
  • Optimize growth channels and test new campaign options in order to boost acquisition
  • Focus on the full marketing mix: digital, offline incl partnerships, deals, events
  • Translate regional strategic guidelines to local campaigns to best impact local audiences
  • Work closely with local and regional teams to develop an ATL/BTL approach aligned with business objectives
  • Coordinate and optimize the execution of large marketing budgets.
  • Monitor, and analyze online marketing performance

 

Your profile includes:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Business or any related field.
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in marketing with a growing brand/business
  • Preferably experienced in the e-commerce / tech industry with at least 5 years in leading a team
  • Mentor and innovator with ability to inspire young growing teams
  • Analytical & numbers driven personality with ability to reach given goals and optimise aciotn plans based on hard data
  • Strong brand marketing experience with ability to reach customers / users with tailor made campaigns
  • Product marketing expertise in the e-business
  • Strong written, verbal and presentation skills in English are required
  • Track record of working with different level of stakeholders (interns, juniors to C-level)
  • Excellent organization and people skills
  • Creativity and innovation, ability to think out of the box
