Our client is a rapidly growing DTC skincare company that is seeking a cross-functional team member for their marketing team. The main focus of this role is to build and optimize omnichannel campaigns for user growth and retention, and engage with end users to improve the customer experience.
- Managing their ad accounts on various platforms
- Developing analysis systems and generating reports
- Optimize current user acquisition methods
- Explore new growth channels
Requirements for the position include:
- At least 3 years of digital marketing experience,
- Proficiency in Facebook/Instagram/Google/TV ads and email campaigns, and basic programming skills
- Startup experience is preferred, as well as the ability to make data-driven decisions.
