Our client is an award-winning independent digital media agency. They work with challenger brands across CPG, B2B tech, healthcare, and financial services industries. They have recently rebuilt their organization to support larger brands and are looking for a strategic leader to run their Client Services team.

They are looking for:

Someone who is currently at a larger, 500+ person agency
Someone currently in a Client Services leadership role for at least 3 years at a large agency
Someone with at least 10 years experience in client services generally
Someone who has direct experience leading existing client growth across a client services team
Someone who has direct experience leading and/or participating in new business pitches
Someone who has experience in training, mentoring and guiding a client services team
Someone interested in taking what they already do and know, and applying it to a smaller, more nimble, more entrepreneurial group
