- Someone who is currently at a larger, 500+ person agency
- Someone currently in a Client Services leadership role for at least 3 years at a large agency
- Someone with at least 10 years experience in client services generally
- Someone who has direct experience leading existing client growth across a client services team
- Someone who has direct experience leading and/or participating in new business pitches
- Someone who has experience in training, mentoring and guiding a client services team
- Someone interested in taking what they already do and know, and applying it to a smaller, more nimble, more entrepreneurial group
