This position is a leadership role at one of our main clients in Berlin. They are an E-Commerce D2C brand builder, focussing on building successful lifestyle brands on Social Media.
YOUR TASKS
- Take responsibility for all the CRM channels, as well as the overarching CRM strategy on brand and central level
- Manage and build the global CRM team while encouraging open communication, cooperation, and professional development
- Lead your team by setting ambitious goals and making datadriven decisions
- Oversee all CRM campaigns and continue to build crosschannel strategies to acquire, activate, and retain consumers, as well as boost customer lifetime value and repurchase rates
- Work with the data team to improve our dashboards and KPI reporting, and work with the IT team to lead technical CRM deployments
- Budget planning and implementation in accordance with the business plan
- Monitor market trends and continue to try new channels and efforts to disrupt the status quo
- On a central and brand level, develop strong stakeholder relationships and facilitate crosscollaboration with our marketing, operations, and technical teams
REQUIREMENTS
- 8+ years of marketing expertise, preferably in a fastgrowing D2C setting, with experience directing people / agencies, with an emphasis on CRM
- Strong CRM knowledge and operational expertise to pass on to team members
- A basic understanding of HTML, SQL, and/or JSON, as well as the technical implementation of CRM features, is advantageous
- Experience with Shopify+ is advantageous
- A track record of developing and strengthening loyalty and referral programs
- Comfortable formulating recommendations and putting decisions into action swiftly
- Thorough understanding of customer KPIs and how to extract useful data from them across customer lifecycle stages and CRM channels
- Drive for creativity and innovation, extensive understanding of CRM and D2C trends, including corresponding techniques
- Fluent in English, Fluency in German would be a plus
