For our client, a well known, global operating enterprise from the Fashion industry, we are looking for a

 

Head of Digital Marketing (m/w/x)

 

Main Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop the eCommerce Digital Marketing team, drive traffic and sales, as well as brand initiatives according to Esprit’s strategy and key stories
  • Manage the Digital Marketing strategy, budget and operations in close collaboration with Marketing, Merchandising and numerous external partners and agencies
  • Ensure optimal structures and performance of existing marketing channels, establish sustainable growth by continuously improving them and identify strategic opportunities
  • Connect eCom and brand processes to provide a unified consumer experience and bridge commercial channels into social media and brand marketing
  • Enable the team to roll out global brand campaigns and key product launches into selected, regional audiences, as well as into a pan European omnichannel scope
  • Challenge given structures, identify inefficiencies and lead the expansion and optimization of the digital marketing setup to bring it to the next level
  • Partner with marketing, merchandising and operations teams to secure efficient communication and sustainable growth, contribute to further develop partnerships with external parties
  • Define and monitor business KPIs focusing on goals for traffic, revenue and ROAS, drive and execute initiatives to improve them

 

Qualification profile

  • Degree in Business, Marketing or other relevant area
  • 4-5 years of professional experience with Marketing, eCommerce or Retail
  • Experience in managing a team, as well as vendors and agencies
  • Extensive experience within multi-regional markets
  • Must be flexible and able to effectively prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Profound analytical skills are a must for this position
  • Background knowledge of mechanics in SEA, SEO, Social, Display, Retargeting, etc.
