Italian Casino CRM Executive - 12 Month FTC
Reports to : Marketing Communications Team Leader
The Job:
The CRM Executive will be responsible for project management of the marketing delivery of the Live Casino marketing promotions and communications, working across a range of teams within the business (including Design, Copy, Retention and Marketing Communications, Product & Branding) to effectively execute all Live Casino retention, conversion and reactivation based promotions across the company.
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities
The position will involve the following areas of responsibility:
- Project manage promotions involving a number of stakeholders
- Involvement in all Retention and Marketing processes from planning up until execution
- Managing content creation together with the creative department
- Ensure Live Casino sites are up-to-date across all languages – website, promotional materials, campaigns (Carousel, Game Lobby, Pop-up)
- Troubleshooting of issues and liaison with external providers in relation to software issues, features and promotions
- Update the promotion calendar
- Managing communication tools – email, SMS, push notification, TV feed & landing pages
- Liaising with various internal departments, working closely on the Retention and Marketing Communications side of the business in coordinating and executing promotions
- Perform analysis and reporting on general live casino performance and promotion success which includes:
- Analyse and summarise large amounts of data using pivot tables to spot trends and patterns using excel skills, bringing together data from various sources (CRM tools)
- Manipulate quantitative data and express as graphs and charts
- Scheduling the promotion calendar with stakeholders in the same regional team
- Profiling players to create specific segments and offers
Essential Criteria:
- Fluent English & Italian
- Strong analytical skills
- Intermediate Excel
- Project management focused
- Exposure to e-marketing and CRM field.
- Ability to multi-task and manage multiple assignments
- Working in a team
- Liaising with a variety of stakeholders
Desirable Criteria:
- Experience in copywriting in English
- Experience of working in a similar role
- Exposure and good knowledge of a CRM and/or HTML
- Educated to degree level or equivalent
- Working in an online business
- Interest in Gaming Industry (Casino, Sports Book, Live Casino, Poker)
