As a Marketing Manager for a leading healthcare software provider in the EMEA region (Europe, Middle East and Africa), you will be responsible for the successful market introduction of a new Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) portfolio for healthcare customers. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop a value proposition for the SaaS portfolio that resonates with business units, stakeholders and EMEA markets. Your role will also involve supporting local sales teams in the commercialisation of the SaaS portfolio and promoting the value proposition with key marketing communications, materials, and events.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Drive market introduction of new Software-as-a-Service portfolio for healthcare customers in the EMEA region (Europe, Middle East and Africa)
• Develop value proposition of SaaS portfolio across business units, stakeholders and EMEA markets
• Manage change in international cross-functional teams as part of digital transformation projects
• Support local sales teams in the commercialisation of SaaS portfolio
• Promote SaaS value proposition with key marketing communications, materials, and events

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Academic degree in business administration, marketing or equivalent
• Professional experience in marketing of software solutions
• Proven project management experience according to international certified standards
• Capability to translate software features into value propositions and customer journeys
• Broad knowledge of the laboratory diagnostics market and customer needs
• Proactive personality with passion for SaaS and digital transformation
• Highly structured, and analytical work style with attention to details and deadlines
• Excellent English communication and presentation skills
