Network Manager

Our client is a global media communications network, working in key markets all around the world. It works with industry-leading brands in over 150 countries, always looking to expand and hire new talent.

Role purpose:

  • Report to the Network Director and support the global account team as well as the local teams
  • Focus on project and network management by establishing working relationships with colleagues across local and global markets
  • Analysis of media reporting and competitor advertising investment
  • Based in London office (alternatively in Amsterdam office)

Key responsibilities:

  • Collect and consolidate data from local markets to be reported for global markets
  • Ensuring that global and central client requests are deals with in a timely and accurate manner
  • Supporting teams so that projects and reports are accurate and on time
  • Build strong relationships across the global network to become a trusted member of the extended client team, ensuring reporting and requests are managed effectively
  • Maintain a good understanding of the client’s products and services to work closely with clients and manage their expectations

Other important responsibilities include administrative responsibilities, driving market communication through supporting the introduction of additional tools, and generating contact reports.

Person specification:

  • Preferably 2 or more years’ media agency experience required
  • Experience of international Account Management is preferred
  • Effective project management across global, regional, and local teams as well as building trusted working relationships with client contacts
  • Confident in Excel, ability to use pivot tables and excel formulas
  • An eye for detail, especially when analysing numerical data to identify errors and form rational conclusions
  • Experience working with multiple markets at one time
