One of our most important B2C E-Com clients is seeking a skilled Webshop Manager with a passion for innovation and creativity to lead their e-commerce platform.
In this role, you will be responsible for maximizing user engagement and conversion rates by conducting A/B testing, analyzing data, and implementing effective strategies. You will work closely with the development team to enhance the user experience and ensure seamless online shopping.


Develop and execute digital commerce strategies to drive sales and growth across all channels, including web, mobile, and social media
Analyze user behavior, performance metrics, and market trends to optimize the user journey and conversion rate
Collaborate with the development team to ensure the website is up-to-date, easy to navigate, and user-friendly
Lead the design and implementation of effective marketing campaigns that engage customers and increase loyalty
Negotiate with payment and shipping service providers to ensure a seamless checkout experience for customers
Maintain product listings and website content to ensure consistency and accuracy
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in e-commerce and digital marketing and make recommendations for new features and improvements
Assist in the development of new markets by researching and identifying opportunities for expansion
Work closely with other departments, such as customer service, to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty


3+ years of experience in digital commerce, preferably in an e-commerce management role
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a deep understanding of data analysis and A/B testing methodologies
Experience with web development and content management systems (CMS)
Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including SEO, SEM, and social media advertising
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work independently and lead a team
Strong negotiation and project management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with data analysis tools such as Google Analytics
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
