Our client, a global leader in the Gambling industry, is looking for a Reporting Specialist to provide insight into customer behaviour and analyse the performance of the Casino Retention Strategy.
- Conduct analysis and report on promotions and Casino products.
- Coordinate with CRM Managers to ensure all promotions are analysed & customer segments drive maximum value.
- Support Managers in meetings with stakeholders.
- Able to analyse large amounts of data quickly and accurately
- Able to communicate effectively with technical & non-technical audiences.
- Experience with Data Visualisation tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI, Qlik, etc.).
