The ideal candidate will be able to identify the needs of all clients and maintain in-depth knowledge of client brands while keeping a pulse on industry trends.
- 5+ years of agency experience in a client-facing role
- Own all client relationships - maintain day-to-day relationships
- Ensure deliverables meet brand standards & business objectives
- Partner with multiple teams (content, creative, community, paid media)
- Manage expectations of internal and external stakeholders
- Build trusting collaborative relationships with clients of all levels
- Identify needs, create plans, and secure SOWs
- Assist with new business pitches as and when needed
