(Senior) CRM Manager

This position is to be filled at a rapid-growth consumer IoT company with a total of +400 employees. Our client currently is operating in DACH, UK & US market and is planning on entering Scandinavia & Asia soon. The product you will be working on is probably one of the most interesting IoT cases now. The hardware and a major part of the entire experience is designed for Kids, whilst parents are purchasers & target group for digital touchpoints. The job can be filled remote from anywhere in Germany.

YOUR TASKS

  • Create and implement CRM strategies that increase customer activation, retention, and loyalty.
  • Implement, monitor and improve CRM (particularly mobile and email) campaigns, automated marketing flows, promotions, transactional emails, and referral programs
  • Define and deploy customer segments based on analyses (e.g. RFM) in order to engage with customers in a personalized manner and enhance performance over time.
  • Conduct datadriven experiments to gain meaningful insights and optimize activation and retention efforts on a consistent basis.
  • Based on detailed cohort and CLV studies, assess and report CRM performance and set measures.
  • To plan and align CRM operations with the entire organization and work closely with internal stakeholders (e.g., Product, EComm, Customer Care).

REQUIREMENTS

  • At least 4 years of email marketing and CRM experience, ideally in a multinational D2C company
  • Proven track record of producing great results in the field
  • Knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., Klaviyo, Braze), workflows, and KPIs is essential.
  • Working style that is highly organized and datadriven (esp. based on experiments and testing)
  • Communication and analytical abilities are essential (incl. strong knowhow of tools such as Excel, Google Analytics, and Tableau)
  • High levels of user empathy, as well as a strategic, entrepreneurial, and development mentality
  • Natural curiosity, a positive "cando" attitude, and a desire to make a difference
  • Fluency in English (German not required, but preferred)
