(Senior) CRM Manager Ed-Tech

We are currently seeking a talented CRM Specialist to join a dynamic team at our most important client in the education sector. The CRM Specialist will be responsible for managing all CRM activities, from conception to implementation, utilizing Salesforce Marketing Cloud and other email tools. The successful candidate's expertise in target group-specific journeys and coordination of communication will play a crucial role in the company's success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of end-to-end CRM activities, including designing, coordinating, and implementing strategies within Salesforce Marketing Cloud and other email tools.
  • Collaborate effectively with copywriting, graphics, and relevant departments to ensure seamless communication and the delivery of target group-specific journeys.
  • Analyze, improve, and maintain all CRM processes, continually optimizing templates and messaging through A/B testing.
  • Monitor, analyze, and evaluate key performance indicators, utilizing data-driven insights to drive business growth and enhance customer engagement.

Candidate Profile:

  • The ideal candidate will have a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in CRM, preferably within e-commerce or other transactional models.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and strong knowledge of HTML and CSS.
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong analytical mindset.
  • Fluent in business English.
