Our most important client in the Ed-Tech industry is actively looking to hire a Senior Sales Operations Manager.

As Sales Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth running and continuous optimization of all sales processes. Using your analytical skills and collaborating with key stakeholders, you will identify and implement measures to optimize all sales channels. You will evaluate the business impact of these measures and prioritize their implementation, creating reports and analysis to monitor day-to-day activities.
In addition to optimizing our sales processes, you will support our sales team by planning their shifts, preparing forecasts, and creating training documents for regular training sessions.
We're looking for someone who:
— Has a degree in business administration, economics, business informatics or a similar field
— Has at least 3 years of relevant professional experience in the area of operations or process optimization, ideally in a sales environment
— Has experience working with CRM systems and/or contact center software solutions
— Has knowledge of Salesforce and Twilio (a plus)
— Is excited about working in a fast-paced, start-up atmosphere and constantly trying out new ideas
— Has excellent English AND German skills
