Responsibilities:
- Manage daily workflow of programmatic campaigns, including strategy development, ad trafficking, campaign activation and optimization, and analytics/reporting
- Develop processes for optimal programmatic campaign best practices
- Manage a team of more junior programmatic teammates
- Help with developing training materials
- Partner with internal teams like Creative, Analytics, Reporting, Data Science and other Delivery teams to ensure clients campaigns are hitting their goals.
Qualifications:
- BA/BS in a related field
- 6+ years of professional experience in digital marketing,
- 5+ years of hand-on experience managing programmatic campaigns
- 4+ years of client facing experience
- 2+ years of people management experience
