They are looking for a skilled Business Analyst to join their agile remote team in a dynamic corporate environment. You will be responsible for identifying relevant information for their business, generating insights, and preparing them in a suitable form for stakeholders.

Your primary responsibility will be to create ad-hoc analyses and automated reporting solutions mainly in the Power BI and Salesforce environments. To excel in this role, you must have a very solid understanding of SQL, Salesforce, and Power BI, especially building dashboards. You will also maintain the existing reporting landscape and continuously develop it further.

As a Business Analyst, you will monitor the relevant KPIs of the departments assigned to you, e.g. in the area of performance management. You will also be advising stakeholders on optimal A/B Test set-ups and analyzing the outcomes. Therefore, you should be familiar with A/B test evaluations and have a good knowledge of statistics. Additionally, you will be improving the Data Quality as part of a companywide "One Source of Truth" effort, which is done mainly in SQL and Python.

To qualify for this role, you must be a true Data Consultant who enjoys working with large amounts of data and is passionate about creating data analyses and drawing conclusions and recommendations from them. You must have a high degree of initiative, reliability, and structuredness, as well as being a real team player.
