Team Lead Business Analytics After Sales

As Team Lead Business Analytics, you will be responsible for comprehensive reporting on topics such as enrollment, study progress and customer service in the after-sales area. To do this, you and your team will create data analyzes (ad hoc and strategic) and derive recommendations for action for the operational business from the findings. As a valued business partner for your stakeholders, you accompany them as a sparring partner from the planning of individual analyzes to their implementation. In addition, you will further develop our data structures and reporting landscape (especially in Power BI) and ensure that our methods and processes are state-of-the-art. With an empathetic leadership style, you will take on the technical and disciplinary leadership of the team and continuously develop it further.

For these tasks, you should enjoy working with large amounts of data and have strong experience in using Power BI, SQL, Excel and Salesforce (knowledge of Python or AWS is a plus). You also have initial management experience in an analytical field (e.g. business intelligence, business analytics or controlling) or in consulting. Your strong business sense and your high communication skills enable you to have confident discussions with other managers and the management.
