You will be responsible for:
· Implementing tools and processes to ensure Account Managers are result and statistic driven
· Monitoring and analysis of data to ensure high team performance
· Responsible for effective forecasting and budgeting requirements
· Implementing strategy for events to ensure execution with an exceptional high quality
· Monitor competitor and industry trends across all relevant product types; casino and sports to serve as subject matter experts on customer retention within the organisation
· Follow up on customer service support escalations
· Regular 121’s and performance reviews with team members
· Use data and reports to analyse customer’s activity within the team
· Manage a small key customer portfolio
· Ensuring team performance in reviewing source of wealth, source of funds, affordability and responsible gambling considerations
You will have:
· Experience of working as an Account Manager
· Exceptional Sportsbook and Casino knowledge
· Experience working within markets other than UK
· Proven experience of data segmentation, analysis and mining
· Experience of mentoring and coaching others
· Proven experience of implementing vision and strategy into a team
