Role Overview: Our client is seeking an experienced and dynamic Field Sales Executive to join their growing team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about sales, possess an entrepreneurial spirit, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals, and play a crucial role in expanding their presence in the pet care industry.

  • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and opportunities in the Los Angeles territory.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of tech and software solutions to effectively communicate the value proposition to potential clients.
  • Proactively visit local vendors and companies, meet with owners, and conduct product demonstrations to showcase the benefits of the technology.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers to understand their business needs and tailor solutions to meet those requirements.
  • Lead negotiations, prepare proposals, and close new client contracts.
  • Collaborate with the internal team to ensure a seamless transition from sale to onboarding.

  • Proven experience in field sales, with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Demonstrated success in selling technology solutions, preferably into small to medium-sized businesses (SMBs).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive and results-driven approach.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
