Your Role: As the Head of Marketing, you will lead the marketing efforts across all locations in Europe and the United States, spearheading a team of 3. Reporting directly to the Chief Commercial Officer, this key leadership role involves developing and executing the brand marketing strategy, managing a high-performing team, and driving brand awareness and engagement. Your role is central to enhancing the brand's presence and delivering unique experiences to guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive brand marketing strategy aligned with the company's goals and values.
  • Lead and manage a team of marketing professionals, fostering a creative and collaborative work environment.
  • Oversee all marketing initiatives, including digital marketing, content creation, public relations, and social media, to enhance brand visibility.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to ensure the brand remains competitive and innovative.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Operations, and Design, to ensure consistent brand representation.
  • Effectively manage the brand marketing budget.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with external partners and agencies.
  • Measure the success of marketing campaigns through key performance indicators (KPIs) and make data-driven improvements.
  • Support the opening of new locations and ensure a consistent brand message is delivered.

Your Qualifications:

  • A background in marketing, business, or communications.
  • Proven experience in brand marketing, preferably within the hospitality or lifestyle industry.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data-driven insights for decision-making.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and a methodical approach.
  • Eligibility to work in the UK.
  • Flexibility to travel as needed, including visits to our hotel locations.
