CRM Analyst

Your responsibilities include:
- Carry out CRM analysis in order to assist the campaign team with customer segmentation, campaign strategies, reporting activities etc.
- Develop the CRM analysis models with SQL, Tableau and Excel to make data driven recommendations
- Create dashboards (Tableau) to help optimize the campaign process
- Analyse automated communication channels across user journeys
- Use customer support data to provide insights into performance, trends and benchmarks
Your profile includes:
- You have at least 2 years of work experience in CRM with analytical focus or as a Data Analyst
- You know SQL very well
- You have strong analytical background and are confident in evaluating data.
- You have experience in B2C CRM within an e-commerce business model
- You worked with Tableau, PowerBI or similar
- You have excellent written and spoken English skills
