With the ultimate aim of increasing customer engagement, driving down churn and increasing customer lifetime value you will provide guidance to your peers to ensure all retention-based promotions across the company on a global scale are well executed.
- Experience in customer retention strategies and CRM
- Leadership experience
- Strong in data analytics
- Knowledge of email marketing principles and basic HTML skills
- Working with stakeholders at all levels
