My client is looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing a data-driven understanding of user journeys from online marketing campaigns to final sales calls. You will support strategic website projects, analyze their conversion impact end-to-end, create strategic analyses, and automate reporting solutions mainly in Power BI.

You will also support the CRO and website team with A/B test analysis, from initial tracking concept to final analysis. You will present insights and recommendations to stakeholders and be an analytical sparring partner for them. Additionally, you will train stakeholders to use your Power BI reports in their daily business.

The ideal candidate for this position must have at least two years of professional experience in business analytics, website analytics, or controlling – ideally in a digital or startup company. You must be proficient in Power BI, SQL, Salesforce, and have experience setting up and evaluating A/B tests. Good communication and stakeholder management skills enable you to collaborate successfully with other teams like website analytics, conversion rate optimization, or sales. A successfully completed degree in business administration, economics, (business) informatics, data science, or a related field round out your profile.
