Our client is a rapidly, growing, direct to consumer media agency, looking to add to their group of smart, strategic marketers. They focus on identifying unique advertising opportunities and consumer insights for their clients to help them profitability scale their business. They manage their clients campaigns from start to finish which is one of the reasons why they are recognized as a Top 30 LA Advertising Agency.

As the Director of Digital, your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and growing a Digital department
  • Providing strategic direction on multiple digital campaigns across multiple digital platforms
  • Supervising the execution, monitoring, and measurement of digital campaigns and their success
  • Leading and providing support on client calls and discussing campaings performance and making recommendations for optimizations
  • Assisting in creating integrated digital campaigns to acquire new customers and build repeat business
  • Ensuring campaigns hit KPI goals and meet client's ROI
  • Providing training to other Digital team members and building internal processes to achieve department organization and growth
  • Providing strategic short-term and long-term vision for the Digital department to the C-Level team


  • Experience with D2C digital campaigns with focus on ROI
  • High knowledge of D2C digital best practices
  • High knowledge of digital marketing techniques in various channels (Paid/Social/SEO/Email/Video & Programmatic)
  • Team Leader--strategic, confident, and professional with internal and client teams
  • Quick learner with ability to work well within a fast-paced, deadline-driven marketplace
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with ability to balance competing priorities
  • Ability to communicate effectively and work constructively with internal and external stakeholders
