Head of Digital Marketing
> £90,000 DOE + Equity Share

An exciting opportunity to join my client who has grown YoY by 100% for the past 8 years.

Reporting to the CMO and Key Stakeholders you will be responsible for driving user acquisition for their key offerings across an extensive range of digital channels. This role will develop media strategies to impact our overall digital advertising strategy initially for the partner Channel, aligning with sales and growth targets. This is a great opportunity to significantly impact and bring fresh ideas and vision to our already compelling hyper-growth story.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and drive digital Propositions
  • Delivering and executing strategy to a global level
  • Leading digital acquisition strategy on the global marketing team
  • Creating and presenting business forecasts, media plans and investment scenarios
  • Developing marketing strategies accelerating growth of RB against market opportunities, as part of the digital media strategy
  • Making investment decisions across online channels
  • Working closely with and partnering with the wider business, marketing & analytics teams identifying insights to apply business campaigns and evolve marketing strategies
  • First class analysis providing marketing insights improving performance
  • Providing detailed analysis driving campaign insights such as audience segmentation, query behaviour and successful landing page strategies
  • Oversee agency deployment of media plans in search, social and display advertising, providing guidance on targeting, spend targets, bidding strategy, messaging strategy and experience design
  • Seeking out best practices through networking, industry media and conferences
  • Providing optimisation direction to media agencies, including messaging strategy, campaign organisation changes and performance metrics


We are looking for someone Who has/is:

  • Demonstrated progression and growth within another business
  • Sown ability to impact and grow within a business
  • Proven track record of success within a business that has a strong digital presence
  • Experienced B2B SaaS Digital Marketing professional is a must
  • An expert within biddable media with focus in acquisition media
  • An experienced digital media strategist who has proven success leading campaigns with high impact results
  • You will be highly analytical, a problem solver and a creative thinker
  • Experienced in executing and delivering large scale digital marketing strategies
  • Experience increasing conversions that drive revenue growth, measuring cost per acquisition and have a strong understanding of the digital technology landscape
  • Experience influencing and working with key internal stakeholder teams
  • You will have a strategic mindset with the ability to tell a great story and draw key insights from analytics to make important business decisions
  • Bachelor's Degree educated or equivalent
