Role Responsibilities:
- Own growth strategy, encompassing acquisition and retention
- Manage all growth channels, including paid social, search, direct mail, audio, etc.
- work closely with brand team to help develop creative strategy, planning, and execution
- Own budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
Requirements:
- 5+ years of growth marketing experience, ideally at a DTC startup
- Must be able to demonstrate a clear understanding of how to optimize revenue for a DTC business model
- Must be a paid social expert, with hands on experience growing online presence
- Analytics expert with advanced quantitative skills, ability to process large data sets
- Experience building out a team of marketing experts
