We're working with a game changing SaaS company who are making waves globally in the HRTech space, providing revolutionary communication solutions.
They're a global industry leader and one of the fastest-growing SaaS suppliers in their niche. Having recently secured more than $130 million in their Series D financing round, their team of over 500 is now becoming bigger, across their multiple offices globally.
As such they're searching for a Head of Performance Marketing, so let's see what you'll be working on:
- You will oversee their performance marketing and conversion rate optimization initiatives as our Head of Performance Marketing, ensuring that our worldwide customer acquisition continues to expand.
- You'll be in charge of owning and establishing strategies for generating and nurturing qualified B2B leads via paid activities, as well as optimising lead conversion.
- This position is for you if you appreciate autonomy, advancement possibilities, and the ability to build a team from the ground up.
- You will report directly to the Director of Demand Generation and have the opportunity to establish a team of performance and growth marketers while collaborating with regional marketing and sales teams as well as other Demand Gen functions
- You will lead the efforts across SEA, paid social, CRO, digital experimentation, and analytics are all part of building, leading, mentoring, and coaching a world-class growth marketing team.
This will be a small but growing in-house team, as they look to bring more of the responsibility in house and have less agency dependency and more control.
