My client is a leading global communications and marketing agency, represented in over 100 countries worldwide, providing a full range of global services such as strategic communications consulting and planning, purchasing, research & branding, online marketing, branded content, sponsorship and sports marketing.

The role will be working in the International division, servicing one key global client (Automotive) and responsibilities will include:
- Oversee media coordination and development of best practises
- Understanding the Planning & Buying process in International markets
- Overview the coordination of local teams through country managers
- Supervise central campaigns in all stages
- Manage and supervise central and ad-hoc requests
- Management of central approval process from briefing till post buy report
- Coordinating new requirements from the client and redistributing tasks into the
- coordination team
- Main point of contact for central global campaigns
- Client & team training
The experience and skills that would be best suited for this role include:
- 6+ Years’ experience in a media agency
- Deep understanding of multimarket coordination
- Ability to liaise with clients at all levels
- Ability to lead and inspire teams
- Strong level of English (German not required)
