My client is a leading global communications and marketing agency, represented in over 100 countries worldwide, providing a full range of global services such as strategic communications consulting and planning, purchasing, research & branding, online marketing, branded content, sponsorship and sports marketing.

Offering an enterprise culture, defined by professionalism, teamwork, creativity and with the best development opportunities available in a global network, they are now looking to add an International Co-ordination Director to their ranks.


The role will be working in the International division, servicing one key global client (Automotive) and responsibilities will include:

  • Oversee media coordination and development of best practises
  • Understanding the Planning & Buying process in International markets
  • Overview the coordination of local teams through country managers
  • Supervise central campaigns in all stages
  • Manage and supervise central and ad-hoc requests
  • Management of central approval process from briefing till post buy report
  • Coordinating new requirements from the client and redistributing tasks into the
  • coordination team
  • Main point of contact for central global campaigns
  • Client & team training


The experience and skills that would be best suited for this role include:

  • 6+ Years’ experience in a media agency
  • Deep understanding of multimarket coordination
  • Ability to liaise with clients at all levels
  • Ability to lead and inspire teams
  • Strong level of English (German not required)
