Adaptive Digital has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Paid Search Manager to join a fast-growing e-commerce brand making waves in the online photo printing & personalisation sector. Our client is looking for a Paid Search Manager to join their highly talented team, who can hit the ground running and revolutionise our approach to paid search strategy and execution.

Day in and day out as a Paid Search Manager, you can expect to:

  • Aid the transition of Google Ads campaigns from external to internal management

  • Devise bid, keyword, campaign and marketing strategies for search and shopping accounts in USA and UK

  • Lead the execution of all strategies, including recruiting and training junior team members to execute bid, keyword and campaign strategies

  • Manage shopping data feeds for USA and UK accounts, building rules to process raw data into a finished feed

  • Manage junior members of the SEM team, assigning tasks and monitoring performance

  • Take part in analysing performance data received from search and shopping accounts, using findings to inform strategy

  • Work collaboratively across the wider marketing team and apply own expertise to achieve commercial success

What we need from you: 

  • Have +3 years of experience in creating and maintaining multiple paid search campaign using Google’s Ad platform with outstanding performance

  • Google Ads & Analytics certified

  • Extensive experience of bid and campaign management in Google Search advertising (otherwise known as ‘Text Ads’ / ‘AdWords’) and Google Shopping (otherwise known as PLAs/Product Listings), including extensive experience and knowledge of manual CPC bid management, Target ROAS and other automated bidding methods, keyword/search term strategy and management, campaign/ad group structuring, ad copy and general marketing

  • Experience and knowledge in managing Google Display Network or similar, including the building of audiences

  • Experience in both the USA and UK markets

  • Experience of data feed management for Google Shopping, perhaps with tools such as GoDataFeed or ChannelAdvisor

  • Highly knowledgeable about the e-commerce market

  • Highly knowledgeable about the Google Ads platform, including familiarity with running experiments/tests

  • Analytically minded, excellent attention to detail, proficient in analytical tools such as Google Analytics and Data Studio
