Senior Programmatic Manager - London
Our client is an Agile Media Planning & Buying Agency and they are looking for Senior Programmatic Manager /Programmatic Director to add to their team. Following private equity investment the company has been on a steep growth trajectory for the past three years and plans to continue this growth. A unique aspect about the business is their 60/40 Charity/Commercial split. The role is one of the most senior digital roles with the company.
The Role/ Responsibilities:
- You will define and lead the Programmatic offering which was launched three years ago, utilising the four self-serve DSP platforms used (Sizmek, DBM, Amazon, Adform).
- This is an opportunity for an entrepreneurial individual to run their own unit of the business, the role is also very hands-on and will require someone with the ability to roll up their sleeves and spend time in the platforms.
- Opportunities to sell additional services to existing clients. You will work with client teams to target opportunities and tailor proposals.
- Campaign Management, Product Development, Client Consultant and Employee Management
- Ideally 4-6 years media agency experience in a programmatic role
- Experience of multiple DSPs
- Direct response campaign experience
- Strong Ad Ops experience
- People management and client facing experience.
