Marketing Cloud Architect Solution Designer

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product owners, developers, and customers on marketing automation projects
• Customize Salesforce Marketing Cloud to meet customer requirements
• Identify and resolve implementation issues to ensure project success
• Develop technical specifications and solutions, document them and analyze current and future states
• Build interfaces between Marketing Cloud and Salesforce/3rd party systems

Requirements:

• Previous experience leading Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementations and custom integrations
• Technical proficiency in SSJS, AMPscript, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, SQL, and experience with SOAP/REST APIs
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience in designing system architectures and data models
• Knowledge of Agile/SCRUM project management methodologies, marketing KPIs, and analytics
• Fluency in English and German.
