Team Lead Workday Competence Center

I am currently recruiting for a Workday Teamlead (GER) for my most important Ed-Tech client. You would lead a dynamic Inhouse Team of 6 consultants who are all Workday experts. 

Lead our internal Workday team, consisting of six in-house Workday Consultants.
Responsibility for the operation and further development of the HCM & FIN ERP systems, as well as for the implementation of new modules. 
Identifying the right stakeholders and communicating relevant developments in Workday to the right target groups. 
Identification and coordination of interfaces and synergies between internal stakeholders (especially Accounting & HR) and the vendor for the best possible implementation of requirements. 
Analysis & optimization of the system in terms of efficiency, pragmatism, and effectiveness beyond the HCM / Finance solution.
Beyond technical understanding and implementation, you can create real business value in this role as a process and organization optimizer! 

Ideally at least 5 years of professional experience in an application company or in a (strategy) consulting environment with focus on process optimization
Relevant leadership experience and ability to motivate your team
Experience in implementing FI, CO, MM, SD and HCM in large (cloud-based) software solutions (e.g. Workday, SAP, Oracle, ADP, PeopleSoft)
Results-oriented approach with an eye for detail—even in turbulent times
Enjoy teamwork with flat hierarchies—far away from bureaucracy and corporate politics
